Ingredients
  • 300 ml sour milk
  • 6 tablespoons Myllyn Paras Big Oat Flakes
  • 2 tablespoons pine nuts or crushed nuts
  • 300 g blueberries, black currants, cloudberries or other frozen berries
  • 1 banana
  • Sugar or honey

Cooking time: 10 minutes in the evening, 5 minutes in the morning
Serves 2
 

 

Instructions

No-cook oatmeal is a wonderful way to make your breakfast joyful! You can quickly prep it in the morning if the oatmeal is mixed with sour milk or a yogurt and is rested overnight. Add fresh fruits or berries, sugar or honey and enjoy it.

Mix all ingredients and put it in the fridge for oats to swell If in the morning your porridge is too thick, add a little bit of milk or sour milk. Slice to small pieces a banana, put it in the porridge and stir.
