Overnight No-Cook Oatmeal with Plums

Ingredients
  • 100 g Myllyn Paras Quick Cooking Oatmeal
  • 2 tablespoons mix of seeds and crushed nuts
  • 100 g plum jam or preserves
  • 100 ml plum or apple juice
  • For decorating:
  • 1 sliced plum

Cooking time 10 minutes in the evening, 5 minutes in the morning

Serves 1

Instructions

You can prep no-cook oatmeal the previous evening and leave it to stand for a night in the fridge. If you find in the morning that your porridge is too thick, add a bit of juice. If plum jam is sugar free, add sugar or honey to make your porridge sweet enough.

Mix all ingredients and let the oats swell. Before serving, decorate with sliced plum.
