Ingredients
  • 100 g Myllyn Paras Quick Cooking Oatmeal
  • 200 ml water or milk
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

Complex carbohydrates as well as a large number of microelements and vitamins being a part of the oat flakes provide your body with the necessary energy during the first half of the day.  

Boil water or milk in a saucepan, pour Myllyn Paras Quick Cooking Oatmeal and simmer for 1 minute, stirring frequently. Add salt and sugar. For a richer flavor, you can add honey, fruits or nuts.
