“Vekkuli” Blueberry No-Cook Oatmeal

Ingredients
  • 5 tablespoons Myllyn Paras Quick Cooking Oatmeal
  • 200 ml sour milk
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower and pumpkin seeds
  • 200 g blueberries
  • Sugar

Cooking time 10 minutes in the evening, 5 minutes in the morning.

Serves 1

Instructions

It is well-known that dairy products have health benefits. But sour milk deserves a particular attention as it has healthy influence on cardiovascular system, pancreas, and bowels. Prep this wonderful porridge and your organism will be thankful for it!

In the evening mix all ingredients and put into the fridge. If you find in the morning that your porridge is too thick, add a bit of milk or sour milk. Put blueberries before eating.
